What is Qwark.it?
Qwark.it is the all-in-one URL shortener built for e-commerce teams. Create branded short links with your own domain, track clicks with real-time analytics, and collaborate with your team. Perfect for product links, campaigns, and marketing attribution.
How do I create a short link?
Once logged in, go to your organization and click "New Link". Enter the destination URL, customize your slug if you want, and add UTM parameters for tracking. Your short link will be generated instantly.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, you can set up a custom domain for your links. Add your domain in your organization settings and follow the instructions to configure DNS. This feature is available on all plans.
What analytics are available?
Qwark.it provides detailed statistics: click counts, geographic location, browsers and devices used, traffic sources, and trends over time. The available history depends on your plan (7 days for Free, 90 days for Pro, unlimited for Team).
Can I integrate Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or Umami?
Yes, Pro and Team plans allow you to integrate your favorite tracking tools (Google Analytics 4, Facebook Pixel, Umami) to centralize your marketing data.
Pricing and Billing
What plans are available?
Qwark.it offers 3 plans: Free ($0), Pro ($19/month or $189/year), and Team ($29/month or $289/year). Each plan offers different limits and features tailored to your needs. Check our pricing page for all the details.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. For downgrades, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
How does annual billing work?
With annual billing, you pay for 12 months upfront and get about 17% off compared to the monthly rate. It's the most cost-effective option if you plan to use Qwark.it long-term.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment partner. Payments are processed securely in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience a major technical issue that prevents us from providing the service, contact our support team to review your situation.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your account. You'll keep access to paid features until the end of your billing period. Your account will then automatically switch to the Free plan.
Organizations and Teams
How many organizations can I create?
The number of organizations depends on your plan: 1 for Free, 3 for Pro, unlimited for Team. Each organization can have its own domain, tracking settings, and links.
How do I invite team members?
To invite members, you need to be on the Team plan. Go to your organization settings, "Team" section, and send invitations by email. You can assign different roles: Owner, Admin, or Member.
What are the different roles available?
There are 3 roles: Owner (full access, billing, deletion), Admin (link management, settings, invitations), and Member (create and manage their own links). Permissions can be adjusted based on your needs.
Account and Security
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address and you'll receive a reset link. The link is valid for 1 hour for security reasons.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from your profile settings, "Danger Zone" section. Warning: this action is irreversible and will permanently delete all your data, links, and organizations.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we take security very seriously. Your data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed with robust algorithms. We conduct regular security audits and comply with GDPR.
