8. Subscriptions and Billing

Qwark.it offers different subscription plans (Free, Pro, Team) with varying features and limits. Plan details are available on our pricing page.

• Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually at your choice, through our secure payment partner.
• Plan Changes: You can upgrade at any time. The change takes effect immediately. For downgrades, the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period.
• Refunds: Subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, if you encounter a major technical issue, contact us to review your situation.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these ToS, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

10. Changes to the ToS

We may modify these ToS at any time. Substantial changes will be communicated by email or notification on the service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after this date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These ToS are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
